| 摘 要： | 信息结构是企业组织结构的重要组成部分,对企业效率影响巨大.由于不同的信息结构适应于不同的制度环境,所以在制度非均衡的情况下,信息结构必然存在着适应性的演化.文章以苏南模式中的乡镇企业和企业集群为例,分析了在中国从计划经济向市场经济的转型期里,组织信息结构的演化模式与机理.
