| 摘 要： | 国家示范性高职院校教学改革的目的是提高教学质量,而教学质量的提高,主要体现在人才培养质量上。学校的教学过程是实现人才培养目标的基本途径,是教育教学质量形成的关键环节。而加强教学过程的管理与监控,也是教学改革中不容忽视的一个重要方面,是实现"管理出质量、管理出效益"的有效举措。
