| 摘 要： | 为解决企业人力资源部门日渐秘书化、边缘化的问题,不少企业引进人力资源业务合作伙伴(HRBP)这一模式.文章通过对比研究DD公司北京分公司和天津分公司HRBP实施措施和运行效率的不同,分析得出影响中小企业HRBP运行效率的关键因素,并提出相应建议.
