推行“学分制”与建立“学分银行”的研究述评

本文从课题的研究背景及意义入手,对本课题研究的理论与实践进行了综合分析与评价,并提出了自己建设性的意见。推行"学分制"与建立"学分银行"教育制度的改革是社会发展的需要,也是当前我国实现科教兴国和人才强国战略的有效途径,它更是一项复杂的系统工程,需要渐次推进,逐步完善。希望我们广大的研究学者们多结合我国国情与地方特点进行科学论证,多出一些具有实践指导意义的研究成果,更希望我们各地的教育改革少一些功利与盲从,多一些责任与坚持。

Research on Implementing ＂Credit System＂ and Establishing ＂Credit Bank＂

This paper, starting from the research background and significance of topic, has carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the research theory and practice of this topic, and puts forward the unique insights. Establishing ＂credit system＂ and ＂credit bank＂ system of education is the need of social development, the reform of the science and education in China is also the effective ways to reinvigorate China through human resource development, it is a complicated system engineering, need to advance step by step, and gradually perfected. We hope our broad research scholars usually combined with the situation of our country scientific reasoning with local characteristics, and produce more research results, and hope our education reform to make less utilitarian and blindly, and make more responsibility and persistence.
