高职院校青年教师师德现状分析与建设设计

作为高职院校未来发展的中坚力量,青年教师的师德建设问题关系着学校的发展,成为师资队伍建设及内涵建设的重点内容。通过访谈、座谈、问卷调查等形式,我们以潍坊职业学院为个例对青年教师师德现状及教师自身的师德认知情况做了调查,找出了目前青年教师师德存在的问题,对今后的师德建设工作提出了有针对性的建议。

Current Situation Analysis and Construction Design of Moral Standards of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

As a backbone for the future development of higher vocational colleges, the young teacher＇s ethics construction is related with the development of the school, and becomes the main content of the construction of teachers team and construction of connotation. Through interview and discussion, questionnaire survey, taking Weifang Vocational College as the example, the paper studies the knowledge of self-ethics of teachers and tries to find the problems in young teacher＇s ethics, and puts the suggestions on the future of teacher＇s ethics construction.
