智能化变电站继电保护虚端子的配置方案研究

摘    要:目前,面对环境、经济、能源、技术等各方面的挑战,世界电力工业共同提出了智能电网的概念。智能变电站作为智能电网的重要组成部分和关键节点,是今后发展的方向1]。智能变电站以全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化为基本要求,可根据需要支持电网实时自动控制、智能调节等高级功能2]。而虚端子的配置,则是智能化变电站实现上述所有功能的基础。本文以330千伏变电站为例,提出了330千伏线路保护、断路器保护、母差保护等主要保护设备虚端子的配置方案。

Abstract:At present, in the face of various challenges of environment, economic, energy, technology and so on, the world's power industry puts forward the concept of smart grid together. Intelligent substation as an important part of smart grid and key nodes, is the future development direction. Intelligent substation with total station information digitization and network communication platform for the basic requirements, supports real-time automatic control and intelligent adjustment according to the need of grid. The virtual terminal configuration, is the foundation of the intelligent substation to realize all these function. Based on 330 KV substation as an example, this paper puts forward the configuration scheme of main protection of virtual terminal equipments such as 330 KV line protection, circuit breaker protection, bus protection and so on.
