摘 要: | 对于电建企业来说,在激烈的市场竞争中要想实现发展,留住人才是关键。为此,本文通过分析企业留人环境的现状,提出相应的留人理念,同时为留住人才提出政策建议,进而为电建施工企业留住人才提供参考依据。

Abstract: | For electric power construction enterprise, the key of development is to retain talents in the fierce market competition. The paper analyzes the current situation of creating talent-retaining environment, and puts forward the corresponding talent-retaining concept and suggestions, providing reference basis for talent-retaining of electric power construction enterprises. |
