新兴高职院校系部文化建设的现状与途径分析

文化是生存和发展的基础。对于新兴的高职院校,校园文化正处于不断形成和发展的时期,而在学院文化整体推进的同时,系部文化的建设往往缺乏独创性和职业性。本文探讨了新兴高职院校系部文化的组成、存在的问题,提出了依托三个主体、做好三个结合、实施六大工程的具体实施策略。

The Present Situation and Path of Department Culture Construction in Emerging Higher Vocational Colleges

Culture is the foundation of the survival and development. For emerging higher vocational colleges, the campus culture is in a period of form and development, and in the whole advancement period of college culture, department culture construction tends to lack originality and professionalism. This paper discussed the problems of composition and existing of the culture in emerging higher vocational colleges, and put the concrete implementation strategies of relying on three main bodies, completing the three combination, implementing the six major projects.
