| 摘 要： | 高职院校企业专业带头人显出了教师队伍的"双师"特色,为专业建设层面上的产学合作机制提供了新的理念。高职教育始终坚持"合作育人、合作就业、合作发展"这一主线。高职院校对企业专业带头人的培育模式体现了校企双方"互补、共享、双赢"的优势。

| Abstract: | Professional enterprises leaders in higher vocational colleges reflect the ＂double-qualified＂ characteristics of teachers and provide a new concept for industry-university cooperation mechanism of professional construction level. Vocational colleges＂ education has always adhered to the idea of ＂cooperative education, cooperative employment, and cooperative development.＂ Vocational colleges＇ cultivating mode for professional enterprises leaders reflects both the colleges and enterprises＇ advantages of ＂complementation, sharing and win-win＂. |
