Study on the Financing Countermeasures of Small and Micro-enterprises Based on the Background of Financial Reform

Nowadays, financing problem of small and micro enterprises is an important issue that faced by small micro-enterprises in various countries, ＂Macmillan defect＂ is fully reflected in the development process of China＇s small and micro-enterprises, even the defect is reflected deeper and the reasons of defect are more complex in China. In order to cope these problems, China＇s small and micro enterprises should take international experience as reference, combined with China＇s small and micro enterprises in the process of exploring responding measures, the establishment of competitive fairness for China＇s small and micro enterprises is included in the process, and then they should implement policies to support small and micro enterprises in economy well, so as to increase the speed of local financial reform, and develop China＇s small and micro enterprises.
