无线瓦斯巡检仪电源智能监控设计

摘    要:煤矿井下便携式设备使用环境要求苛刻,需保证电池电源的有效性和安全性,引入电池监测芯片DS2438,实现了无线瓦斯巡检仪的电源智能监控。在介绍无线瓦斯巡检仪的硬件结构基础上,结合DS2438芯片,设计了电源监控电路。论述了电源电压、电流及剩余电量的计算原理,考虑系统软件的实时性,详细设计了电池电源的监控流程,并给出了部分关键程序流程。实验表明,该电源监控设计能有效实现无线瓦斯巡检仪的电源智能监控,为井下便携式设备的电源监控提供有效方法。

Abstract:Considering the effectiveness and safety of battery power used in portable equipment of coal mine, the DS2438 chip was used to realize the power intelligent monitoring of wireless gas detector. Based on the introduction of hardware structure of wireless gas detector and combined with the DS2438 chip, the power control circuit was designed. The calculation principle of supply voltage, current and the remaining capacity was studied. Considering the real-time of system software, the monitoring process of the battery power was detailed designed, and some key procedures were showed. Experiments show that the design of the power monitoring can effectively realize intelligent power monitoring of wireless gas detecdor, and will provide an effective way for power monitoring of underground portable equipment.
