煤矿移动测风监管系统及其关键技术研究

摘    要:针对当前煤矿通风监测系统无法有效监管测风技术员的井下测风工作,设计了一种基于无线通信技术的矿井移动测风监管系统。介绍了系统的总体硬件组成及其功能,初步设计了无线智能风表、无线分站及定位节点等核心设备。同时对IEEE802.15.2协议、基于RSSI的无线定位技术等系统实现的关键技术进行了研究,给出了本系统的通信协议数据帧格式并论述了系统定位原理。该系统能够实现对测风工作的有效监管,有利于提高矿井通风安全管理水平。

Abstract:Aiming at the fact that the monitoring system of coalmine ventilation can not effectively supervise the work of underground wind measuring for the air volume inspector, a mobile mine wind supervision system based on wireless communication technology was developed.The analysis was carried out on its overall hardware structure and ruction, and the air-flow meter, wireless substation, location node and core equipment are preliminary designed. At the same time the IEEES02.15.2 protocol and key technology of the wireless location system based on RSSI were researched. The format of the communication protocol data frames was given and the positioning principle of the system was discussed. The system can realize the supervision for wind measurement effectively and is beneficial to raise the management level of mine ventilation safety.
