摘    要:文章探究社会网络、团队知识共享与团队创造力各变量之间的内在作用关系,深入揭示社会网络通过团队知识共享的中介作用对团队创造力的影响机理。通过对61个研发团队的有效样本进行多元回归分析,研究结果表明:网络连带强度对新颖性和实用性产生正向影响;网络中心性对新颖性和实用性产生负向影响;团队知识共享在网络连带强度、网络中心性与新颖性和实用性的关系间起到部分或完全中介作用。

Abstract:The paper explores the intrinsic effect relationship among a social network,team knowledge sharing and team cre-ativity.It also reveals the influence mechanism of the social network on team creativity through the medliating role of team knowledge sharing in depth.The paper uses multiple regression to analyze the da of the valid samples of 61 R&D teams.The empirical results show that network connection srength has a positive impact on novelty and utility,network centrality has also a negative impact on novelty and utility,team knowledge sharing plays partially or fully a mediating rode in the rela-tions among connerction strength,centrality,novelty and utility of network.
