事业单位较早退休人员如何分享社会发展成果——以上海为例

摘    要:由于历史、体制等方面的原因,事业单位较早退休人员养老金水平明显偏低。解决这一问题可采取如下措施:为较早退休人员建立地区生活津贴;让较早退休人员享受共享费;建立养老金与在职人员增资挂钩增长机制;相关改革应坚持公开、公正、公平的原则。

Abstract:Due to the reasons of history,system and others,the old-age pension of personnel retired earlier from institution units is too low.The following countermeasures could be taten for solving the problem:establish the regional living-allowance for the personnel; let them share the profits; torm the mechanism of increasing the salary of unretired and retired personnel together; and the principles of opening,justice and fairness must be adopted for the relative reformations.
