| 摘 要： | 文中在分析了保理的本质的基础上,阐述物流保理融资具有的风险降低、融资快速方便、货物易于变现这三点优势。文中运用风险理论分析了物流保理融资风险较低;运用融资的综合评价指标法,分析物流保理融资的快速方便;结合实际物流保理实际运作过程和物流物流企业的实际业务情况,得出了货物易于变现这三点优势。最后总结出物流保理融资具备其他融资方式不具备的优势,从物流业发展和保理业务本身的发展来看,物流业与保理业务相结合是必然的发展趋势的结论。

| Abstract: | Three advantages of logistics factoring are expatiated by analyzing the entity of logistics factoring financing.Efficiency of Logistics factoring financing is evaluated by the methods of venture and synthetic target of evaluation.Then the conclusion that logistics factoring and financing operations are consequentially combined in their development trend is made. |
