工科专业课程教学改革的关键性问题探讨

工科应届毕业生在较短时间内不能够适应企业实际生产的需求,这说明高等工科院校教学与企业需求存在差距。根据企业对应届毕业生反馈的突出问题,分析了工科专业课教学现状与企业需求不适应之处,提出了教材知识结构体系、教学方法等需要改进的关键性问题,并对拟解决的关键问题进行了可行性分析,解决这一关键性教改问题将促进工科教学质量飞跃提高。

Discussion on the Key Issues of Teaching Reform on Engineering Specialty Courses

The engineering graduates can not meet the actual production requirements of the enterprises in a short time, which shows that there is a gap between the higher education teaching and the enterprise requirements. This article analyses the inconsistency of the enterprise requirements and the present situation of special disciplines teaching in engineering colleges according to the outstanding problems of graduates feedbacking from the enterprises, and put forward the key issues about textbook frame of knowledge, teaching methods that need to be improved.The feasibility analysis of the key issues is done to solve the critical problem of teaching reform ,which will promote the teaching quality improvement of engineering course.
