摘    要:家族企业在世界各国大量存在和发展着,在各国的经济发展和就业方面扮演着重要角色。进入21世纪以来,随着家族企业换代接班高峰期到来,对家族企业传承问题的研究越来越成为学术研究的重点和热点。纵观中外关于家族企业代际传承模式,"子承父业"仍是许多家族企业首选的交接班方式。目前,由于受主观因素和客观因素的影响,部分企业已将企业交给外部职业经理人打理。

Abstract:In the world,family business plays an important role.Since entering the 21st century,with the arrival of family business succession peak,the family business tradition of academic research has increasingly become the focus.This paper describes the family business at home and abroad,and finds that "inherited his father′s" is still relief method for many family firms.At present,some enterprises have taken business to outside professional managers because of subjective and objective factors.
