生态文明的构建剖析

建设生态文明是党的十八大确定的建设中国特色社会主义总体布局的重要任务,是关系人民富裕、关乎民族未来的长远大计。我国生态文明的构建,应着眼于生态文明所具有的和谐性、高效性、持续性、全面性特征,树立生态价值、精神价值、经济价值三重价值协同观念;打破重经济、轻生态的传统固化行为方式;转变以往重污染,高耗能和不注重生态规律的产业发展方式;创造生态价值和精神价值产业化的新型格局,把生态文明建设放在突出地位,实现人与自然的和谐发展,人类与生态环境的共生共荣。

Analysis of the Construction of Ecological Civilization

To build an ecological civilization is an important mission in the overall layout of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics decided by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and is a long-term planning for the nation's wealth and future as well.To construct an ecological civilization in China,we shall focus on the features of ecological civilization in terms of harmony,high efficiency,continuity,and comprehensiveness and set up a collaborative idea of three values,ecological,spiritual and economic value.In addition,we shall break through the traditional development mode stressing on the economy and neglecting the ecology;transform the industrial development pattern with heavy pollution and high energy consumption that pays less attention on ecological laws;and create a new structure with industrialized ecological and spiritual value,highlighting the ecological civilization construction to make human beings and the nature grow together harmoniously and achieve mutual prosperity
