| 摘 要： | 针对市场经济条件下对人才素质的要求,面对日益激烈的就业竞争压力,有必要加强思想政治教育,本文探讨了高校毕业生就业过程中的思想政治教育问题,提出通过创新教育方法、丰富教育内容、增加教育实效,指导高校毕业生成功就业。
