新形势下政府解决中小企业融资问题新探

我国经济现在处于新的国际局势和经济环境之下,文章从中小企业融资的现状入手,发现中小企业自身和银行之间存在双方都难以跨越的障碍,这需要政府和社会从中推动和调解,并从社会和政府的角度提出建议和对策,加大对中小企业融资的政策支持力度,共同发展中小企业。

On Government's Effort in Solving Problems in SME Financing in New Situation

China's economy has entered a new development period and is facing new international situation andeconomic environment. This paper analyzes the current conditions of financing of small and medium enterprises(SME) and finds that there are some barriers between SME and banks. The barriers are difficult to be overcome bySME and banks and need the promotion from governments and society. The paper, from the angle of governmentand society, offers some suggestion to strengthen financing support to SMD so as to promote the development ofSMD.
