| 摘 要： | 将我国工程项目管理的发展趋势与最新走向概括为两个竞争、三个提升和四个走向。即技术领先、管理创新的竞争，市场准入趋向于管理人员职业化水平与自主品牌能力的竞争；提升项目团队建设，提升项目综合效率，提升劳务管理；由传统项目管理转向运用信息技术实现现代项目管理优化升级，从以现场为主的施工阶段管理转向项目全寿命（过程）管理，由不同主体的施工总承包转向工程总承包管理，从“三位一体”的文明工地管理转向项目文化建设。
