谈欧洲货币一体化及其影响

一九九九年一月一日．欧元问世，标志着欧洲货币一体化质的飞跃，它稳定了有关国家的汇率，促进欧洲国家间的贸易和投资增长；消除货币兑换成本；推动了欧洲统一大市场的建立；有利于有关国家的经济增长。但在短期内，也有可能在抑制通货膨胀中产生负面效应，尤其对美元的霸权地位提出挑战。

On Integration and Impact of Euro-currency

Euro-dollar was appearance on 6th June 1999, and it marks the essential leap of integration of Euro-currency. It stabilizes the exchange rate of the countries concerned and promotes the increase of trade and investing volume among Europe countries. It eliminates the exchange cost of Euro-currency and impulses the establishment of Euro-market. It is helpful to economic development of the countries concerned. But in short period of time, it may also exert negative effect in curbing inflation and especially challenge to the U.S. dollar's first position.
