| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国宏观经济运行中存在的投资过热、流动性过剩以及通货膨胀等表象问题，从紧的货币政策只能起应急作用。究其原因，这与我国建立市场经济体制时间不长、市场广度与深度不够等因素有关。“新兴”加“转轨”是我国经济的基零特征，与之对应的是货币政策在对市场主体行为进行调控时，必然要受众多因素的制约。
