有问题银行面临的主要危机及其化解路径

Problem-perplexing banks are often faced with three crises: the moral crisis,the management crisis,and the survival crisis.The ultimate reason for these three crises is the existence of the conflict between agency and commission.On the part of the banking system,the conflict exists in various relationships of agency and commission.The solution to the crises can be summed up as follows: firstly,to solve the moral crisis by promoting the loyalty education,allocating the human resources properly and constructing a culture of great combat effectiveness;secondly,to solve the management crisis by cutting short the management staff to a due level,assigning the goals and responsibilities to individuals,reducing the feeling of alienation among the staff and strengthening the caring atmosphere,reducing the working costs and improving the working efficiency to a maximized level;thirdly,to solve the survival crisis by promoting those who are qualified,delegating authorities duly and exerting differentiated management,engaging in multifold motivation and potential stimulation,and introducing external forces to change the path-dependence situation.
