| 摘 要： | 保险需求是对保险业的发展具有决定意义。本文从影响天津市保险需求的主要变量入手,使用天津保险业近年来的数据,对天津市总保费收入、人寿险保险收入及财产险保费收入的增长分别进行了因素分析和解释,实证分析结果表明：二三产业增加值与保费收入正相关;重大的产品创新大大促进了天津市人身险保费收入的增长;天津市保险产业政策对总保费收入、人身险保费收入及财产险保费收入都有促进作用。
