基于WinCC自动洗车监控系统设计

以西门子WinCC为背景,对自动洗车的工艺特点、工艺参数、控制难点进行综合分析,确定了自动洗车的控制方案,并对自动洗车控制系统进行了系统模拟联调和运行,完成了自动洗车控制系统中流程图绘制、数据库建立、动态链接、画面切换、故障和报警系统设计等等,实现了洗车过程中手自动切换,完成预洗、泡沫冲洗、清水冲洗和风干等环节。

Design of Automatic Vehicle Cleaning Simulation System Based on WinCC

Based on the background of Siemens WinCC,process characteristics,the automatic washing proeess parameters,control difficulty were analyzcd,cnntrol scheme of automatic ear washing was determined,and the automatic washing control system was simulat ed and operated,completing automatic washing control system flow chart,database,dynamic link,the screen switching,tault and alarm system designing and so on,achieving the hand autmnatically switch washing process,complete the wash,rinse and dry foam flushing,etc.
