| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,河南形成了具有地方特色的工业布局,现有布局既有现实合理性,又存在着一定的不足。优化工业布局,调整工业结构,对河南经济发展有着重要意义。优化河南工业布局,要服从全国产业分工,积极承接产业转移,促进工业集聚发展、梯度发展和点轴开发,将有限的财力、物力和人力优先放在对解决全省发展起主要作用的关键产业、关键环节和见效最快、效益最高、带动力最大的地区。
