应重视高校思想政治工作中的情感因素

思想政治工作是高等院校教育教学中的一个主要部分，做好这项工作，情感起着十分重要的作用。教师要把对学生的爱和自己的责任结合起来；把对学生的教育与充分理解学生结合起来；把尊重、理解、关心与严格要求结合起来。但用情感也要讲分寸，不能毫无原则地对某些不合理的观点也给予赞同、迎合或取悦。在尊重、理解、关心学生的同时，应该对其实行严格要求，只有这样，高等院校才能培育出高素质建设人才。
