| 摘 要： | 水产养殖业是一项基于自然资源的产业活动。世界各国政府已清醒地认识到,不恰当的法规和调控方式对水产养殖业发展具有巨大的阻碍作用。研究美加两国政府在水产养殖业发展过程中所发挥的作用,对我国水产养殖业的健康持续发展具有十分重要的借鉴意义。本文着重从中央政府(联邦政府)层面来分析美加两国政府在水产养殖业中的作用。

| Abstract: | Aquaculture industry is an industrial activity based on natural resources.Government of every country in the world has already realized that irrelevant statutes will obstruct the development of fish farming industry.Elaborating the roles which American and Canadian Governments play in aquaculture industry is an important inspiration to the development of China's aquaculture industry.The paper analyses with emphasis on the parts which American and Canadian Governments play at the levels of federal government. |
