项目融资的风险管理分析

项目融资是一种新型的融资方式,它以项目未来资产与收益作为偿还基础,其主要特征是“有限追索”,对借款人拥有的项目之外的财产原则上没有追索权,存在着较大的不确定性,因此,贷款的风险较大,需要对风险加强管理。我国目前项目融资的风险管理水平还较为落后,亟待加强与提高。

Risk Management in Project Financing

Project financing is a new financing tool which requires the strengthened risk management.Return of load depends on future assets and earnings,which features on the limited claim,namely it has limited right to claim the property beyond the owners' project in possession.Through analysing the risk of project financing,this paper provides countermeasures of risk control,which is intended to improre the curent riskmanagement in project financing.
