| 摘 要： | 依据2010—2020年共6期中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）面板数据，构建个体层面就业质量指标体系，考量就业质量对家庭消费升级的影响。结果显示：就业质量显著促进家庭消费升级；与农村和中西部地区相比，就业质量提升对城镇和东部家庭消费升级的促进效应更显著；机制分析表明，金融素养水平、家庭经济条件、年龄段均存在不同程度的调节效应。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the data from six waves of the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) spanning from 2010 to 2020 and constructs an individual-level employment quality indicator system. The study empirically examines the impact of employment quality on the upgrading of household consumption. The results show that employment quality significantly promotes the upgrading of household consumption. The impact of improved employment quality on the upgrading of consumption is more pronounced in urban, eastern, and southern households compared to rural and central-western regions. Mechanism analysis indicates varying degrees of moderating effects from financial literacy, family economic conditions, and age groups. |
