西方近代社会以来政府管理模式学说的转变

西方近代社会在三次工业革命的引领下经历自由资本主义、垄断资本主义和"后资本主义社会"发展阶段,政府管理模式学说也经历了由"守夜人"体制到官僚制,到新公共管理然后是新公共服务的转变。政府管理模式学说的转变是多层次、多方面作用的结果。从历史角度对几种主要的政府管理模式学说进行逻辑表述,借以分析政府管理模式学说转变的内在机理。

Theory Transformation of Government Management Mode from Modern Western Society

The development of modern western society has gone through free capitalism , monopoly capitalism and＂post capitalist society＂stages under the guidance of the three industrial revolutions .The theory of government management mode also experienced from the ＂night watchman＂system to the bureaucracy ,the new public manage-ment and to new public service transformation .The theory transformation of government management mode is multi-level,multi effect.This article hopes to make logical expression for several major government management model theories from historical perspective in order to attempt to analyze the internal mechanism of the transformation of government management model theory .
