| 摘 要： | 当前人力资源管理在企业战略目标实现过程中的作用越来越突出,如何全面提高人力资源管理工作水平是目前企业决策者和人力资源管理部门非常关心的问题。人力资源管理信息系统因其能提高人力资源管理工作效率、提高管理水平、为决策提供信息支持而备受企业的青睐。本文主要对人力资源管理信息系统在企业的应用进行了分析,以期帮助企业对这一系统能够有更全面地认识,促进企业人力资源管理水平实现跨越式提升。
