基于托盘管理的车间设施布局规划

基于托盘管理的手段,应用设施布置的优化数学模型,以设施间最小物料搬运费用、成本效益、时间效益、质量效益、零库存、零缺陷为目标,结合某船厂管子加工车间的平面布置方案,分析托盘管理在设施布局规划中的作用,讨论不同的设施布置对生产物流系统的影响;利用设施布置的目标函数,对优化前后的设计方案进行比较,使得车间物流顺畅、运输路线最短、缩短生产周期、降低生产费用和减少不必要的投资,来确定企业生产物流系统平面布置的最优方案。

The Layout Planning of Workshop Facilities Based on Traies Managing

On the basis of the means of the tray management ,the optimization mathematical model of layout planning is described in which the minimum material handing cost of establishments, cost benefit ,time benefit ,quality benefit, ＂zero stock＂, ＂zero blemish＂ , is taken as the objective. The plane layout schemes of a shipyard pipe machining workshop are related to, the function of the tray management on the facilities layout planning is analyzed,the influence of different facilities layout planning on production f low system is discussed.Based on the objective function of layout planning, optimization fore-and-aft schemes can be compared so as to achieve such aims as smooth f low, shorter transport route,lower manufacture cost and decreased investment, and the optimal plane layout scheme corresponding to the produetion flow system is determined.
