| 摘 要： | 车牌定位是车牌识别中的关键部分。由于拍摄角度以及环境的不同,不同车牌图像的亮度、灰度以及纹理会有比较大的差异。基于区域特征的定位方法综合了图像区域的细节和整体特征,因而有良好的适用性,试验的结果也证明了这一点。 |

| Abstract: | Vehicle license plate Locating is the key part of vehicle license recognition. because of the varieties of angle and surroundings there is rather large difference for luminance, grey level and texture of different image. The means of region character-based integrates local and global feature of image region. And the means can apply to different cases. It is proved by experiment result. |
