试析股份制企业的股东权与所有权之间的关系

随着改革开放进一步深入,股份制正在成为企业改革的方向。政府一再提出扩大股份制试点,并在上海、深圳成立了证券交易所,上海还为此实行了股票认购证制度,民间出现了强烈的股票热。但是,理论界对我国企业实行股份制是利大于弊还是弊大于利,不免有所争论;特别是对实行股份制后,国家所有权转变为股东权的问题更使人忧心忡忡,部份人甚至为之产生失落惑。笔者深信,在当前改革开放的大气候下,实行股份制是搞活大中型企业最有效的出路之一。国家取得股东权。

Mobile Communication System Using a Constellation of Low Earth Orbit Satellites

Two mobile communication system using a constellation of low earth orbit satellitesare presented. One of them is provided by the researchers in U. K. and France which uses aconstellation of 24 low earth orbit satellites. The other is provided by the MITRE Corpora-tion which uses a constellation of 192 low earth orbit satellites. The comparison of mobilecommunication systems using low orbit constellation, geosynchronous and highly ellipticalsatellite is also given.
