| 摘 要： | 国际经验表明，工业化是一个大国经济发展过程中不可逾越的阶段，也是西部地区实现经济增长和社会发展的必由之路。而产业集群作为一种重要的区域经济现象，不仅可以加速工业化进程，同时也是一个国家或地区的竞争力之所在。因此，研究产业集群的发展规律，对增强区域经济运行效率，提高西部地区竞争力，加快西部地区经济发展具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | International experience shows that industrialization is an insurmountable stage to develop one countrys economy. Meanwhile, it is a necessary way for the western region to achieve economic growth and social development. Industrial clusters as an important regional economic phenomenon, not only quicken the process of industrialization, but also enhance a country or region＇ s competitiveness. Therefore, the study of the industrial cluster is of great theoretical and practical significance. |
