基于MTOI的产业自主创新分析框架

提高产业自主创新能力是加快转变经济增长方式的迫切需要，是推动产业结构优化升级的迫切需要，是增强我国综合国力和竞争力的迫切需要，也是应对金融危机的迫切需要。本文综合利用创新理论、制度理论、产业组织理论，从系统论的角度，对产业自主创新中的重要因素进行了分析，并构建了融合“市场-技术-组织-制度”于一体的产业自主创新分析框架。

An Analytical Framework for Independent Innovation in Industry Based on MTOI

To improve capacity for independent innovation in industry is the urgent need to accelerate the transformation of mode of economic growth, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, to enhance the overall national strength and competitiveness of China, and to deal with the financial crisis. Based on the theories of innovation, institution and industrial organization, the paper, from the angle of system theory, analyzes the important factors influencing independent innovation in industry, and establishes an analytical framework for independent innovation in industry which comprises factors of market, technology, organization and institution.
