医疗保险、城乡户籍对老年人患病时间持续性的实证研究

基本医疗保险制度是我国社会保障体系的主要内容,基于城乡居家养老实地调研数据,使用OLS法和Probit模型,重点分析了社会经济因素中医疗保险和城乡固定差异对老年人患病持续时间的影响。研究发现,是否享有基本医疗保险对老年人患病持续时间具有显著的负向作用,户籍产生的固定差异也对老年人患病时间的持续性产生负向影响。从基层医疗卫生服务利用的不公平和就医机构的正规性等机制方面进行可能性解释,并探究解决老年人看病就医权利上的分化的对策建议。

The empirical study of medical insurance, urban and rural household registration and the sustainability of sick time for the elderly

The basic medical insurance system is the main content of the social security system in China. Based on the urban and rural family endowment on-the-spot investigation data, using OLS method and the Probit model, the paper analyzes the social and economic factors of medical insurance and urban and rural fixed differences on the influence of geriatric duration for the elderly. The study found that, whether will have access to basic medical insurance for the elderly duration of the illness has a significant negative effect, and the household register producing fixed differences for the elderly sick continuous time generates a negative influence. From institutional deprived of primary health care service utilization unfair and medical institutions of formal mechanisms such possibility to explain, and explore the differentiation on the right of medical services to solve the problem.
