战略联盟:闽台企业互动发展的主要途径

摘    要:根据波特的价值链理论,任何企业都不可能在整个产业的全部流程都具有竞争优势,为达到"双赢"的协同效应,企业就会通过建立战略联盟来获得更大的竞争优势。战略联盟已被实践证明是企业寻求竞争优势的一种行之有效的工具,也是闽台企业互动双赢的有效选择。基于价值链的闽台企业战略联盟路径依赖是确立联盟的目标、选择联盟伙伴、实施有效管理和建立学习机制。

Abstract:According to Porter's Theory of Value Chain,no industry can be absolutely competitive in the whole process of production.To gain more edge in the competition,industries usually resort to strategic alliance with other industries so as to get win-win result."Strategic alliance" has been proved home and abroad as an effective way to get the upper hand in the competition,and is consequently the choice by Fujian and Taiwan industries.The establishment of strategic alliance should follow the path:setting the target;choosing partners;effectively managing and building a learning system.
