| 摘 要： | 从“微笑曲线”模型可知，产业价值链上的不同环节的附加值是不同的，两头高、中间低。文章从这一角度分析，认为珠三角恰恰是位于“微笑曲线”的谷底。为了更好地参与国际竞争，珠三角必须促进产业结构的调整和优化升级。文章提出了珠三角产业结构优化的思路，相应的财政支持政策和措施。

| Abstract: | From the model of ＂Smiling Curve＂, we can see that on the industrial value chain, the added value of different link is different. PRD is exactly located at the valley of ＂Smiling Curve＂. Accordingly, this paper presents the idea of industry structural optimization in PRD, and puts forward the corresponding financial support policies and measures. |
