近年来江苏城市化发展特征、问题与对策

1990年以来江苏城市化呈现人口向城镇聚集速度加快、城市化发展动力模式发生根本转换、城镇体系日趋合理等新特点；但也存在土地利用效率低、“土地城市化”速度过快、城市化区域差异显著等问题。为此应提出提高土地利用率、以都市困为重点促进城市化、实施“三沿战略”、推动制度配套改革等对策。
