| 摘 要： | 本文构建了资金贡献绩效和资金投向绩效两个指标,利用数量经济方法对我国政府开发式扶贫资金投放效果进行评价。本文分析认为,应从引入市场机制、改善扶贫资金使用结构、重视扶贫路径选择、加强监督等方面改善我国政府开发式扶贫资金使用绩效。
