| Abstract: | To construct a rank of teaching staffs,ideological,qualified,reasonable and vigorous,of situation and policy course in universities and colleges lies in paying close attention to the construction of full time and part time teaching staffs,the constant improvement to professional training and training system,the strengthening of teaching and scientific research activities,and the raising of their teaching capabilities and research level. |
