| 摘 要： | 影响区域物流因素包括基础设施建设水平、运输工具与设备性能、运输管理水平、科技应用与信息化水平、物流人员素质及物流体系的应急应变处理能力和所在区域发展环境支持程度等。根据上述因素建立区域物流能力指标体系,利用熵权法得出评判指标的熵权,由此建立区域物流能力评价模型,模型具有指标覆盖全面,计算过程清晰简单的优点。实例验证了该模型的可行性。

| Abstract: | Factors which influence regional logistics are the level of infrastructure construction,performance of transport tools and equipments,the management level of transportation,application level of science,technology and information,logistics operators ＇quality,logistics system＇emergency preparedness and response capacity and regional support level of envirinment development and so on.The indicator system is established based on the above factors.The entropy method is used to get the information entropy of the evaluation indicators,by which the regional logistics ability evaluation model is established.This model fully takes the indicators into consider and the procession of datas is clear and simple.Finally,examples demonstrate the feasibility of the model. |
