The study on the construction of college teachers' team in new age

It is an important and need to be solved imminently problem for our universities to construct a high quality and suitable teachers' team in the new age.The college teachers' training has the characteristics such as open,far distant network education,training the thought and ability of innovation,encourage lifelong education,grasp modern education technology and manage teacher team's feature of open and flow.In order to solve the problem of shortage,academic credentials is low,the new superseding the old,subject adjustment,replace the old acknowledge and teachers' ethics,etc,we should emancipate the mind,deepen the reform in the system of personnel placement and distribution,promote import,perfect the management system about flow.
