| 摘 要： | 文章结合某ERW焊管企业质量管理流程和存在问题,设计、开发了基于MES的质量管理信息系统,并详细阐述了系统在质量设计、检验、评估和查询管理中的具体实现方法。该系统的建立和应用可以有效地提高ERW直缝焊管生产企业的质量管理水平。

| Abstract: | The paper is about designing and development of the quality management information system basing on MES, which is deal with the quality management process and problems of one ERW production corporation. Described in the article are the main aspects concerning the said system, including design, test, estimate and inquiring of the quality. The use of the said system can improve the quality management skills of ERW production corporation. |
