| 摘 要： | PPP（Public—Private—Pannership）是一种新犁的融资模式，本文概述TPPP融资模式的兴起、内涵和作用，通过分析国内外成功运作的PPP融资案例，对我国公共幕础设施建设巾运用PPP模式融资应注意的问题提出了建议。
