| Abstract: | In this paper, speeding up driven by innovation is objective point, and around the progress of the key project the work status of technological achievements transformation in Jilin province is analyzed systematically, aiming at contradictions, the key elements of the key issues and constraints in the integration of production and research, the suggestions of promoting scientific and technological achievements transformation is proposed in Jilin Province. |
