| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分，是高等学校从事德育工作，开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。在新形势下加强辅导员队伍建设，探索辅导员工作方法，构建高等学校思想政治教育工作的长效机制。本文初步总结了十个辅导员工作方法，以供参考。

| Abstract: | College counselors is an important part of teachers team,which are the backbone of college in the moral, ideological and political education, also are the mentor and guide of healthy growth of college students Under the new situation, we should strengthen the construction of counselors team and explore the working methods of counselors, build long-term mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities .This artiele summarizes ten counselors initially working methods for reference. |
